Meditations

Over the years, John Firman and Ann Gila would begin their classes and training sessions with a meditation or a brief imagery. Sometimes they would focus these meditations on the theme of the day, and other times they would use them as a follow-up to the exploration of a topic that they had presented the prior week. Over time, the students began asking if they had recorded these meditations because they were eager to continue to use them in their lives outside of the teaching situation. John and Ann never did record them, but now Ann is gradually doing it so that they will be available to those who may find them useful, either personally or professionally.  A note about the use of pronouns in some of the meditations: In place of gender-specific pronouns, Ann uses the gender-neutral pronoun “they.”
